Vir-Clar Farm is a family-owned dairy farm located just outside the City of Fond du Lac. They currently milk 2,000 cows three times a day in a double 30 Westphalia-Surge parlor. The farm is more than 3,000 acres and recently added a methane digester to reduce odor and phosphorus on the land. The digester is producing renewable electric power for approximately 800 homes.
