The Thrasher Opera House

A charming, intimate, and friendly venue with great acoustics awaits you at The Thrasher Opera House. Built in 1910, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. The opera house is a multi-purpose building with a capacity of 200 (150 if seated at tables), modern stage lighting, a dressing room with adjacent bathroom, drive-up handicapped access, and air-conditioning. The stage is 25' wide x 20' deep plus 3' thrust; room is approximately 43' wide x 54' long. Portable seating allows main floor versatility for many different configurations of use. There is a gallery and bar area in the adjacent office area, accessible through an interior door between the two buildings.
