Sassy Cow Creamery

Sassy Cow Creamery is a farmstead milk bottling business located on the Baerwolf family farm. They have an average of 600 traditional milking cows and an average of 250 organic-fed cows that supply all the milk for the products produced at Sassy Cow Creamery. They operate on two farms totalling 1700 acres. They grow corn, alfalfa, soy beans, and wheat. The tour consists of seeing the farm, creamery, milking carousel, milk bottling plant and ice cream making through the large viewing window. Sassy Cow products are carried by more than 75 retailers in Wisconsin and Illinois. The Creamery Store has a variety of Sassy Cow products for sale and the Farmhouse Kitchen Cafe will serve up some of your favorite sandwiches, salads, and soups. Guided tours are available. Large groups may be split into two to provide a better experience for all. They have a large outdoor shelter to relax and enjoy a picnic lunch or an ice cream treat.
