Plymouth Brewing Company is a production brewery with a tasting room. What this means is they are not a bar; they feature beers that they brew on-site, as well as other finely-crafted Wisconsin beers. Like other taprooms nationwide, they have very limited hours, instead focusing on hyper-local distribution. State law prohibits them from serving anything besides Wisconsin beers. So, if you ask for a cocktail or wine or basically anything that's not beer, you're probably going to get a funny look. Also, they don't serve food, but please feel free to bring your own food in.
