Whether you’re naturally competitive or just looking for a little rest and recreation. Or inaction, if you prefer. A new aquatic center, state-of-the-art baseball complex, indoor virtual golf, bowling, a top-ranked disc golf course, and an 18-hole golf course are just some of the activities you can indulge in during your stay. You can start off with a morning run on one of our many trails, visit our beautiful parks any time of day, or wind up at the 19th hole at twilight. There’s so much to do, everybody wins at the end of the day. 

The Rock Golf Club was recently ranked 14th in Wisconsin by Golf Advisor. The front nine is a links-style course that demands accuracy off the tee and precision to the green. The back nine, which has ties to Clarence Shaler’s legacy in the community, was opened in 1927 and updated in the early 80s. This stretch is loaded with mature trees just waiting to knock down a wayward tee shot or missed approach. For the avid sports enthusiast, Waupun’s nationally ranked Disc Golf Course will challenge the best. Currently offering 36 unique holes for intermediate and expert players. A planned expansion to 54 holes will be coming soon.

GET OUT AND PLAY

Located in the natural beauty of the Waupun County Park are a series of hiking and bicycling trails for easy access. Throughout the year, the community hosts a number of fun runs and community athletic events. There’s more family fun to be had at the Waupun Aquatic Center featuring zero depth entry, waterslides, and more.

For baseball enthusiasts, the newly constructed, state-of-the-art Waupun Baseball Complex hosts regional and national tournaments throughout the summer and is a sure place to catch a baseball game and soak up a summer evening.
