Knuth Brewing Company is a microbrewery specializing in unfiltered and unpasteurized handcrafted artisan beers. The beers are brewed by hand in extremely small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and flavor. From artisan pizzas cooked in their own wood-fired oven (that they built themselves) to paninis on scratch made bread, and salads sourcing local ingredients, they put as much thought and effort into their food as they do their brews.
