The Fond du Lac Family YMCA works to provide easily accessible fitness options as well as youth programs and services to all members of the community. A Wellness Center offering Life Fitness cardio and strength-training machines, free weights, and stretching area is all on one floor. Two full-size gymnasiums and racquetball courts are available for use. Four state-of-the-art fitness studios offer scheduled live and virtual group fitness classes, including Les Mills, as well as on-demand availability to choose your own class. Their multi-purpose room is a great venue for special event and birthday party rentals.
