Firearms to Garden Tools

JEFF WILD is the director of Firearms to Garden Tools Wisconsin, which primarily engages congregations from all Christian denominations through biblical and theological presentations and dialogue, assisting with Firearms Safe Disposal events and transforming guns into garden tools at on-site blacksmithing demonstrations. As a Lutheran (ELCA) parish pastor of thirty-four years, Jeff was deeply impacted by presiding at twelve funerals where suicide, most by firearms, was the cause of death.
He is now retired and living in Madison. He worked summers in a foundry in his hometown, Beaver Dam, during his college years.

Following the presentation, Jeff will be at the CSA Motherhouse (320 County Rd. K, Fond du Lac) for a blacksmithing demonstration. Please register for this event!
