CELEBRATE commUNITY
The 17th annual CELEBRATE commUNITY event, hosted by United for Diversity, will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Expo Center. This vibrant community festival draws families, travelers, and neighbors together for a day of discovery and connection.
More than 50 booths will showcase our community, representing different countries, religions, and local organizations. Guests can enjoy free food samples, browse unique wares and artifacts, and join in games and crafts. Families will also find Native American storytelling and face painting. New this year, the event partners with Project Linus to celebrate National Make a Blanket Day. In collaboration with Project Linus Dodge, Fond du Lac & Washington County WI, attendees can contribute to a heartwarming cause while celebrating community.
The doors open at 10:30 am, with the official kickoff at 11:00 am during an awe-inspiring Flag Ceremony, drummed in by Native American elders and followed by greetings from local leaders. From Noon until 3:00 pm, the stage will come alive with multicultural entertainment, including Billy Mitchell Pipes & Drums, the Caledonian Scottish Dancers, Chegwin Hmong Dancers, the Dnipro Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, Gordon Williams and the Gii Taase Singers, Dancers and Drummers.
More than a festival, CELEBRATE CommUNITY is a reminder of what happens when people come together to share experiences and strengthen the bonds that make a community thrive.
