Sound Journey ~ Full Moon Gongs

Join Soul Freqs, Sound & Energy Works to awaken your dormant passion, drive, and purpose under the full “flower” moon to live with greater vitality and intention.

This session will include a guided experience with no need to be physically active.

The time on your mats, blankets, or whatever you choose to bring for comfort will provide opportunities to connect with yourself through mindfulness, breathwork, and vibrational sound energy.

*Chairs will be provided, if that’s what you prefer.

Light appetizers in the form of a charcuterie board will be served after the session, and a cash bar with healthy non-alcoholic options (kombucha & social tonics with lion’s mane mushrooms) will be available for purchase.
