Yes, the sunflowers are VERY SHORT this year due to a COLD JUNE & NO RAIN & EXTREME HEAT!

Yes, we wanted the Sunflowers to be bigger, but that is beyond our control.

Please remember why we do this event: for our VETERANS

They are beautiful no matter what shape or size! Many new photo ops in the field to enjoy.

 

WHY DO WE GROW A FIELD OF SUNFLOWERS?

Join us for our 9th annual “Sunflowers Taking Flight” event with our sister business, Kelley’s Farmstead LLC.

Each year we grow 2 acres of Sunflowers to honor Veterans.

100% of the money donated will be given to the Northeast Wisconsin Old Glory Honor Flights! It is important to the Kelley family to honor the men and women who serve and have served and sacrificed their lives for the freedom we daily enjoy in this country. We would like to see as many veterans as possible be able to be a part of the Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.
