Sturgeon Spectacular 2026

February in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, can only mean one thing. Sturgeon Spectacular-a celebration of winter and really big fish! Check out our quirky and fun take on a winter festival featuring action on and off the ice in the Lake Winnebago Region. Highlights include art exhibits, live musical performances and other entertainment, the State Snow Sculpting Championship, ice carving, an outdoor curling competition, scavenger hunts, Escape Room challenges, a sturgeon show-off station, a community-wide Bloody Mary Competition, and so much more.
