Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just ready to build a better relationship with your breath, this class is for you. No experience is necessaryjust bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
Led by Livia Schomber, a certified yoga instructor with nearly 14 years of experience, each session offers a mix of mindful movement, functional breath practices, and practical tools for emotional balance. Youll learn to use techniques like nasal breathing, CO₂ tolerance training, and paced breathing to support your sleep, soothe your stress, and feel more at home in your body.
This course is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and a perfect complement to therapy, counseling, or any healing journey. Livia brings warmth, structure, and a light-hearted approach to her teachingbecause taking care of yourself shouldnt feel like another chore.
