Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center

Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center, located on the south side of Horicon Marsh on Highway 28 between Horicon and Mayville, brings a variety of programs and activities both inside and out while experiencing Horicon Marsh. The site hosts numerous public programs and special events throughout the year. Inside the Center, you’ll find a spectacular Marsh Viewing Area; a children’s discovery corner with hands-on activities; visitor information; and the Flyway Gift Shop, which has a range of items for visitors to remember their visit at Horicon Marsh. Not to mention all sales proceeds from the Flyway Gift Shop benefit the Friends of Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center, whose mission supports the public programs and additional wildlife education. The Center’s lower level is home to the Explorium, where you experience the story of Horicon Marsh from the Ice Age to present day through interactive displays. So whatever you may be looking for, there is always something to see or do at Horicon Marsh.
