Walleye Weekend Walley-ball Softball Tournament

Get ready for Walleyball! Students from Fond du Lac County and surrounding areas are
welcome to participate. Teams can include members of different high school grade levels or be
from the same club, organization, friends, or represent classes so long as there are equal
numbers of girls and boys on the team. A maximum of 24 teams will be accepted and will
be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Walleyball Softball Tournament is open to all high school-age students that will be graduating
in 2023 or entering high school grades in the Fall of 2023.

Teams must include an even amount of males and females genders. At least one team
representative (preferably the team captain) is required to attend the Captain’s Meeting* on
Wednesday, June 7th at 5 pm at Fond du Lac Festivals Office (650 N. Main Street, Fond du Lac).
Make sure to register for and check out the all-ages Home Run Derby under the lights on Saturday, June 10th

*All team members are required to complete and submit this Concussion Info and Disclaimer Form 2023

Captain must download and submit all your team’s completed forms in one email to Marie Schumacher at schumacher1002@gmail.com by June 6th.
