This 5-week series with Angie is geared towards beginners and will help you learn (or relearn) the basics of yoga. Breathwork, postures, how to use props and so much more!
Classes will be from 6:45-8 pm on the following Thursdays:

Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and water as well as wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in. If you do not have a mat, there are a few community mats available at the studio to use.
