Working to create a thriving Downtown District, the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership supports Downtown businesses and organizes events, including the annual Fondue Fest and the Downtown Farmers Market. The Farmers Market is held 8am-12pm Sat (May-Oct) on Main Street and provides a great opportunity to visit all the downtown shops, art galleries, and restaurants.

For just $10 crawlers can taste different chili concoctions made by 13 of our downtown businesses. Vote for your favorite chili to see if Ziggy’s Pub will retain the Downtown Restaurant Championship Chili Belt and which home-cooked chili takes the top place. Tickets go on sale in mid-January and go fast!
Vendors sell fresh local produce, plants, flowers, baked goods, meats, and cheese. Crafts, arts, pottery, and other hand-made items are also available. Forgot cash? You can swipe your EBT, credit and debit card at the Information Tent and receive wooden tokens which are used like cash at the vendor booths. This pet-friendly market is attended by 3,000 weekly customers and showcases live music and educational activities.
