Our Chef Dan Solberg from Stack Farm & Food Co. prepares an exceptional five-course menu paired with Vines & Rushes Winery wines or Knuth Brewing Company craft beer. Our chef and winemaker put a lot of thought into each course and explaining each pairing. Stack Farm and Food Co. supports small, local and neighboring farms, including their own, by thoughtfully sourcing their ingredients from these local Wisconsin growers and producers. Combined with the live music of guy.ev.ski, this will be another fantastic evening at the winery!
